SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

We ship UK orders via Royal Mail (tracked services) and offer express options via UPS / FedEx / DHL where available. Your exact courier and service level will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are: UK: 1–3 working days, EU: 3–5 working days, US: 3–8 working days. Times can vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier collects/scans the parcel.

International customers may be charged import duties, VAT, or handling fees by their local customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns period from the day your order is delivered.

Returns must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered, including original packaging and all included parts (e.g., spring bars, tags, protective wraps). Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear, fitting marks, or missing components.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 24 hours. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Yes—if the strap doesn’t fit and we have the correct size in stock, we can arrange an exchange. The original item must meet our return condition requirements (unused, same condition, complete packaging).

Ordering & Payments

Simply add your item to cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed.

We accept major payment methods available at checkout, including debit/credit cards and other accelerated options (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and additional methods depending on your location).

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number—once dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, and you can use it as your receipt/invoice for your records.

Account & Newsletter

No— you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders faster and view your order history in one place.

Click the Account icon on our website and select Create account. Use the same email you plan to shop with for easy order tracking.

On the login page, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions. We’ll email you a secure link to reset it.

Enter your email in our newsletter signup (footer or popup) and confirm if prompted. You’ll receive updates on new arrivals, restocks, and exclusive offers.

You can unsubscribe anytime using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. If you want to change preferences instead, contact us and we’ll help update your settings.

Promotions & Discounts

Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field, then click Apply. Your total will update instantly.

In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Common reasons include: the code has expired, it requires a minimum spend, it applies only to selected products/collections, or it can’t be used alongside other offers. If you’re unsure, contact us with the code and your basket items.

We occasionally run subscriber-only offers and early access promotions. The best way to receive them is to join our email list (and optionally SMS if available).

  1. Refunds are issued for the amount paid after the discount was applied. If a promotion was based on meeting a threshold (e.g., “spend £X”), returning items may affect eligibility and the refund may be adjusted accordingly.

Prices & Taxes

Yes — UK orders are shown with VAT included where applicable. For orders shipped outside the UK, goods are normally zero-rated for UK VAT (subject to export conditions), and any local import taxes are handled on arrival.

Usually, yes. International orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the buyer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country/courier.

  • EU: the EU is removing the €150 customs duty exemption as part of 2026 reforms, so more parcels may attract duty/processing.
  • USA: since 29 August 2025, the US removed the $800 de minimis threshold for commercial shipments, meaning low-value exports can now face duties/tariffs + clearance/admin charges.

Below are reference “from” prices for ≤1kg small parcels. Exact totals can vary by parcel dimensions, service level, and destination postcode.

UK (small parcel)
  • Royal Mail: Tracked 48 £3.55 / Tracked 24 £4.45
  • UPS: From £8.10 (ex VAT)
  • FedEx: From £3.65 (ex VAT)
  • DHL: From £2.79 (UK small parcel)

EU (small parcel)
  • Royal Mail: International Tracked (1kg) £9.75
  • UPS: UPS Standard to Germany from £13.75
  • FedEx: Across Europe from £15.90 (ex VAT)
  • DHL: DHL Express to Germany from £25.95

USA (small parcel)
  • Royal Mail: International Tracked (1kg, World Zone 3) £16.50
  • UPS: UPS Access Point to USA from £20.69
  • FedEx: FedEx Int’l Connect Plus to USA from £19.26
  • DHL: DHL eCommerce Int’l Economy (1kg) £16.54

By default, international orders are shipped DDU, so import charges are paid by the buyer. If you need DDP, it’s best to contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible for your destination and item value. (US rules in particular changed from 29 Aug 2025.)

Couriers/customs may add:

  • Import VAT / duties (set by the destination country)
  • Customs clearance / handling fees (set by the carrier)

If charges are refused, the parcel may be held, returned, or abandoned depending on the carrier and local rules — and return shipping/fees may apply.
